Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming phone calls.
Attend to vendors / visitors / logistic companies.
Up keeping of the office environment including basic cleaning.
Restock the stationery supplies.
Restock the pantry supplies.
Assist general purchases when required.
Organize refreshments, etc., when internal training / meetings are held.
Setting up for meetings.
To assist in manning the office.
Key Requirements : High school Diploma.
High school Diploma.
One to two years experience as office assistant.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent spoken English, including oral and writing skills.
