Business Development Manager Architectural Products - Dubai covering the GCC Region Our client is a leading international supplier of architectural products and services for the construction industry They have been established for more than 20 years and provided architects designers contractors and manufacturers with ideas services and products that have contributed to the success of their projects They are a specialist in the latest architectural building and interior products for public commercial hospitality healthcare educational or residential applications Some of their products include partitions architectural glass work doors pods furniture and other accessories They are looking to grow their business in the GCC region and this role will be based in Dubai with regional travel Responsibilities -

Identify key prospects architects interior designers contractors design and build companies etc - Drive sales process to achieve sales target through planning and sales execution -

Promote Companys services to local clients through cold calls mainly or client face-to-face meeting sales presentations and promotional events -

Collect market intelligence on industry trends and opportunities customer feedback to spot sales opportunities and formulate strategic sales plan -

Prepare sales presentations and service proposals - Assist with the preparation of sales plans forecast monthly reports and sales visit summary -

Working closely with global sales directorRequirements- The ability and desire to sell - Minimum 8 years solid experience in business development into the construction industry architectural industry -

Good presentation interpersonal and communication skills - Aggressive responsible and motivated self-starter - Possess acute sense of market trends and customer needs -
