Job KeyDetails :

Plan and set up a regularcleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas as well asequipment

Oversee the cooking of food items

In-charge of all the food production, assist in daily foodrequirement orders as well as maintenance of the highestprofessional food quality and sanitation standards

Makesure food portions are maintained and food presentation iscorrect

Analyze food products to make sure qualitystandards are consistently maintained

Make sure end ofthe month inventory is accurate

Offer training andprofessional development opportunities for all kitchenstaff

Job Qualifications andExperience

Bachelors Degree orDiploma in a relevant discipline

At least 2+ years ofexperience in the same role required

Strong knowledgeof hygiene as well as sanitization regulations

Shouldbe able to manage staff and multitask

Good leadershipand management skills

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

Strong problem solvingskills

Only South Indian candidates arerequired
