Our Client Our client a leading Cloud Solutions Provider is hiring an experienced PMO Specialist with at least 5 years of experience working within an IT Project Management Office This is a permanent hire with great benefits based in Abu Dhabi Your Responsibilities PMO Engineer works within the project management office PMO and provides guidance and support to executives project managers and staff Duties involve tracking the status of projects monitoring for adherence to PMO standards and handling financial reports Support the application of our project management frameworks and methodologies across the whole project life cycle and support their daily implementationEstablish project documentation requirements or procedures and advise stakeholdersSupport adoption and delivery of corporate governance expectationsCarry out risk assessments and capture them in a risk register involving stakeholders and referring to specialists where relevant e g legal and regulatory requirements Update relevant programme project documents to reflect agreed changes and ensure traceability e g plan schedules product backlogs and the business caseSupport the review and analysis of completed programmes projects including the coordination of post implementation reviews PIRs Review daily weekly site report and comparing with original plans schedules Coordination with Internal teams site staff incharge for all planning activities Your Qualifications A Bachelor degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering and or equivalent experience Certification and or experience in PMP Prince 2 AgileMinimum five years of professional experience in project management and or other related areas Experience in formulating project plans and developing effective techniques to translate business requirements into wellstructured plans Demonstrated experience in documentation and reporting Indepth knowledge of project management concepts including scoping costing scheduling and resourcing Indepth knowledge of the project lifecycle including different phases and deliverables Experience in project issues management risk management and change management Working experience using project planning and management tools Proficient user of the MS Office suite MS Visio and MS ProjectExtensive working delivery knowledge within an Agile Scrum work environmentGood communication skills will be required with the ability to guide influence and convince immediate team and othersExcellent interpersonal skills comfortable dealing with all stakeholders Halian Group With over 20 years of experience we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile practical solutions that transform businesses and careers Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow s potential Discover the amazing things possible when you bring the right people and the right technologies together
