ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying and solving customer inquiries and problems arises. Handling all incoming phone calls and reply emails appropriately.

The candidate shall to provide help and advice to clients on the phone and via email. Performing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, printing, scanning and faxing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Good working knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word and MS Excel. Only female applicants with 1-2 years Administrative experience required to apply.

Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Filipino nationals. The candidates must have Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge.
