Inspect guest rooms, publicareas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensurequality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status,determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and updatestatus of departing guest rooms.

Assist Housekeeping management inmanaging daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate theefforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.

Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the FrontDesk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in roomassignments.

Communicate issues to next shift. Complete requiredpaperwork.

Assist management in hiring,training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, andmotivating and coaching employees.

  • Follow all company and safetyand security policies and procedures; report any maintenanceproblems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;
  • complete safetytraining and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearanceare clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation;
  • protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests’ service needs;
  • assist individuals withdisabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak withothers using clear and professional language.

    Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees.

    Ensure adherenceto quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, and placeobjects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistanceand in excess of 55 pounds with assistance.

    Ability to push andpull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machineryover sloping and uneven surfaces. Reach overhead and below theknees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

    Stand,sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire workshift. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size andweight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

    Enter and locate work-related information using computers and / orpoint of sale systems. Read and visually verify information in avariety of formats (e.

    g., small print). Perform other reasonablejob duties as requested by Supervisors.
