Field and Office Management supervision onProject Site Superintendents scope of work -Produce and maintain Operating Manual forCivil Department and ensure Civil Projectscope of work is fulfilled in a timely andefficient manner to the agreed quality level -

Lead instruct correct and motivate personnelwithin the department -Ensure continuous updating of Project TimeSchedule and internal short-

term TimeSchedule 2 2 Resolve -Resolve technical problems related to civilwork activities -Ensure compliance with applicable constructionstandards full adherence to Quality System and other related project requirements 3 Check Function 3 1 Inspect -

Review quality documents within CivilDepartment 3 2 Verify -Check that documents produced by CivilDepartment are in accordance with relevantcompany standards -

Ensure the department s adherence to SiteSafety Procedures 3 3 Control -Control issuance of quality documents with inthe department 4 Develop Function 4 1 Train -

Provide Department Personnel Training asidentified by Section Heads -Participate in seminars and training courses toensure that knowledge of techniques updated 4 2 Improve -

Improve Quality knowledge in Civil worksDepartment -Promote motivation creativity and producemaintain and improve relationship withsubcontractor related to performance andquality 5 Administrate Function 5 1 Budget -

Produce Project Estimates forecast andprepare input to yearly and overall budgetscoordinate same with Project ControlDepartment -

Compile vacation schedules for thedepartment -To carry out and complete the constructionworks according to specified requirements within approved time schedules and costbudget 5 2 Administrate Personnel -

Supervise as required to achieve consistencythroughout civil project activities 5 3 Administrate office -Ensure administration procedures are inplace and maintained -

Approve and attest financial andadministrative documents as specified inattest and authority plans including but notlimited to Service reports Cash Statements Travel and Leave requests Supplier Invoices Cost Transfers
