0 General Duties 7.1 To abide by the local Company Regulations 8.0 Specific Duties 8.1 Manages the geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives 8.
2 Collaborate with the Sales Engineer by processing of spare parts quotations and technical quotations 8.3 Handing over orders to the operations and support locally, on request, their execution 8.
4 Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both customer and company needs; within guidelines set by company 8.5 Preparing / revising cost estimation and commercial proposals 8.
6 Handling a wide range of administration support including logistic and invoicing 8.7 Assisting in preparation of sales agreements and contracts 8.
8 Invoicing, generate sales documentation as required 8.9 Accurately forecasts weekly and monthly order intake and revenue 8.
10 Act at all times in accordance with recognized standards for Health, Safety and Environmental as detailed and operate within the parameters detailed by either local Health, Safety and Environmental Policy documents 8.
