Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the team to locate shipments and assist other operations
Coordinate with ground force, customer and internal teams until the GCS / ACS is resolved
Communicate with internal teams via various means to resolve any GCS / ACS concerns
Coordinate with internal teams and ground force for any trouble shooting related to any shipments
Facilitate ground operations in arranging locations for bad address and un- delivered shipments.
Assist the ground force to enable timely deliveries & minimize returns
Assess the delivery requirements and arrange as per the stipulated time line
Communicate with customers to arrange and deliver shipments on time
Coordinate with customers for address, delivery locations, and trouble shooting and update systems regularly.
Follow the receiving process at the airport and monitors the clearance process to be done according to the country local customs regulations Update the daily inbound / outbound operations tasks on Aramex system
