Key responsibilities will include :
Driving the performance of the finance team to become a center of excellence for the rest of the business to rely on for accurate and timely financial information.
Accountable for providing best in class reporting mechanisms meeting service level agreements for both internal and external stakeholders.
Identifying and implementing process improvements and opportunities for cost reduction, as the custodian of a highly compliant environment.
Act as a Business Partner to Country Managers and the CFO through the development of strong working relationships.
Drive the implementation and integration of a new ERP system, designing bespoke modules relevant to business needs.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month end and year end closes to IFRS standards.

Western educated ACA (ICAEW) / ACCA fully qualified accountant with 10-12 years PQE.
Proven experience in leading change management programmes and ERP system implementations in a multinational company.
Demonstrable capability in leading and successfully developing large teams.
Fluent communication in English.
German speaker desirable.
Consolidation experience gained in a multinational environment processed through an ERP system.
Ability to articulate examples of value creation through finance.
A great team player with a 360 approach to leadership and feedback.
