  • The Role HR Management : o Supportall internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. oMaintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file,personal database, compensation, health and medical insurance,etc.
  • of each employee, in electronic andhardcopies.

  • Monitoring theprobationary periods and renewals of employment contracts. o Serveas point of contact with benefit vendors andadministrators.
  • Assist with therecruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting firstround of telephonic interview for the candidates to scheduleinterviews, performing reference checks and issuing employmentcontracts.
  • Maintain annual leavecalendars for all departments as required. o Assist withperformance management procedures. o Perform orientations andupdate records of new staff.
