Job Duties and Responsibilities :
o Review training / workshopsobjectives and scope.
o Handle training / workshopsrequests and new assignments.
o Prepare training / workshopsagenda.
o Contact-directly or via phone calls- with trainees and handle theirqueries and complaints.
o Liaise with both trainersand trainees and tracking daily training process.
o Design and conduct posttraining assessment to measure training effectiveness.
o Maintain trainees trainingrecords
o Handleall logistics for training activities including venues andequipment.
o Report to Training UnitHead; contribute to achieving quarterly and Annual unitobjectives. Job Requirements andQualifications :
o B.Sc in any relatedfield
o 2 yearsof experience
o Previous experience inEducational Institute or training center is preferred
o Excellent in English
o Possesses goodproblem solving / analysis skills
o PersonalEffectiveness / Credibility.
o Proven Leadershipskills
o Knowledge of data analyticsand reporting
