Within Amazon Advertising, the Programmatic Partnerships team is focused on developing strategic partnerships with advertising agencies and trading desks within holding companies.
At the center of our agency partnerships are meaningful, scalable technology partnerships. As the first Programmatic Partner Manager in the Middle East, you will develop senior agency partnerships across the holding company level with a focus on integration and adoption of the Amazon DSP technology.
You will empower agencies to use the DSP by consulting on how to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers.
You will liaise closely with Agency Development teams to educate, train, and consult your agency partners on their media objectives and programmatic strategy.
You will drive innovation by consulting closely with the needs of senior external partners to assist with product prioritization of their requirements.
Advertising agencies and programmatic media are evolving rapidly the ability to thrive and navigate these highly matrixed organizations will be critical to the success of this role.
Develop and execute customer-led growth strategy for use of the Amazon DSP at a holding company level
Own relationships with senior agency personnel that are decision makers and influencers of programmatic buying at the holding company level
Align with Agency Development teams to own strategic programmatic conversations in regards to contract and upfront negotiations
Deeply understand Amazon’s core value proposition in order to effectively articulate that value to all levels of clients
Listen intently to client feedback on business alignment and usability of the Amazon DSP, organize and share that feedback with product, and collaborate with Product Management to drive scalable changes through to completion
7+ years of experience delivering results in a sales or partnership development roles at a digital media or advertising technology company
5+ years of experience working with programmatic and / or advertising technology
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience relating to eCommerce
Existing relationships with advertising agency decision-makers
Deep understanding of advertising agencies and existing relationships with key agency decision makers
Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
