This role is for a person withprevious experience as a Recruitment Consultant or who has a humanresources interest, or that has a strong B2B sales andadministrative background who would be interested in branching intoRecruitment Consultancy.
You must enjoy sales and preferably haveworked with sales targets in your previous positions. Thesuccessful candidate will have very strong people skills, attentionto detail, and impeccable written and spoken English, and be ableto handle the dual aspects of sales required to build up a databaseof clients who require recruitment services .
The role will involve spending many hours in front of acomputer screen researching the perfect candidates for yourclients, and of course all of the administrative aspectsinvolved
You will be responsible forbuilding relationships with new and existing clients in Dubai andthe rest of the UAE.
Sourcing talent andfilling vacancies at an executive level. A good consultant withhave proven people skills to work with Candidates to best showcaseskills and attributes to prospective employers.
You will preferably have a UAE driving licence and yourown car or be willing to get about to visits under your ownsteam.
