About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Arabic speaker CostumerRelationship Manager to join our school. Both male and femalecandidates are welcome to apply.
You will supportthe Principal in developing a strong and active parent communitywithin the school. Your key objectives will include achievingenrollment targets, providing high quality customer service toparents and promoting the school to relevantstakeholders.
Your main responsibilities willinclude managing and developing the school communication channels,assisting in the development of the school marketing strategy andorganizing parent / community events.
You will be responsible forconducting school tours for prospective parents and visitors. Youwill also develop and manage school events to support theenrollment activities.
You will provide a highlevel of customer service and communicate openly with all parentsand school leaders. You will ensure company policies, proceduresand codes of conduct are followed at all times.
You will work indirect collaboration with the Principal on an ongoing basis andwill supervise staff including school Receptionists asrequired.
You will hold aBachelor's Degree (any subject) and will have a minimum oftwo years' experience in a front of house role or customerservice role.
With a proven track record ofsuccessfully meeting sales targets, you will manage processes andpeople effectively to achieve the desired results and know how tobuild and influence professional relationships.
You will have excellent presentation and communicationskills. You will be able to influence others and handle multipletasks simultaneously, managing your time in an efficient manner.
You must be fluent in both English and Arabic language.
