Accountabilities : CoreResponsibilities : Business Analysis o Analysis of Inventorymovement data & identification of reason for low / highsales o Tracking and reporting of key KPIs - Footfall conversion,ATV, UPT etc.
o Ability to analyze store sales performance bybreaking it down into categories / brands o Ability to analyzeeffectiveness of operations by breaking it down into key KPIsGMROM, GMROI etc.
o Generate adhoc reports based on managementrequirement o Analysis of margin achieved vis-?-vis budgeted / target numbers and leading it to store operating profit Planning 8Merchandising : o Working directly with business to help enhancemerch planning by developing readymade dashboards o Helpingbusinesses analyzing OTB plans vs receipts vs sell thru oDeveloping dashboards as needed Other responsibilities : Preparesthe necessary monthly reports and the requested ad-hocsummaries / reports as may be requested by the seniors, related to : oSales, Margins o Customers o Stocks, Inventory, Port Shipments,Distributions, Freight, Customs, Shipment Delays etc.
o BudgetUtilization o Business Performance including Cash Flow, P&Lstatements o Retail Productivity Metrics Self-Management : o Definesperformance goals at the start of the year in discussion with thereporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved duringthe course of the year o Takes ownership of his / her own learningagenda by identifying development needs in consultation with themanager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goesbeyond just training and development o Keeps abreast ofprofessional developments, new techniques and current issuesthrough continued education and professional growth
