Job Responsibilities Serves customers by providing product and service information resolving product order or account problems Liaises with stores and suppliers for stock and product information and to process orders Attracts potential customers by answering product questions suggesting information about other products Maintains customer records by updating account information Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments Takes the initiative to update online products and content if necessary Primarily office based however will be required to go to various stores as will also be responsible for helping process orders in store and helping with promoting the website to customers at times Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : The Toy Store is the largest toy store across the Middle East and is rapidly expanding internationally Our aim is to create an environment dedicated to traditional toy retailing which is innovative fun and an exciting shopping experience for everyone
