Provide a high level of customer service andadministration in managing the office reception area and meetingrooms, mail, greeting visitors, reception and courierservices.
Provide administration supportto all the departments including arranging meetings, travel andevents.
Essential Skills& Experience Required
5+ years’ continuous experience inmanaging a front office reception with strong administrationexperience and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in asimilar role in the UAE.
Proficient use ofMS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Currently living in Dubai candidatesbased outside of Dubai will not be considered.
Fluency in English must be able to read, writeand speak fluent English.
Fluency inRussian is mandatory.
Exceptional customerservice with a proactive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentationskills.
Diploma educated as aminimum
