Position ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FREE ZONE My Business Consulting DMCC is a leading Corporate Services Provider Company located in Dubai with extensive experience in Accounting and Corporate Services We assist individuals and SMEs to register and manage their business in the UAE Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Free Zone with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services or banking What do you get Salary between AED 3000 to AED 4000 per monthA guarantee of our company strongly investing in your selfdevelopment Professional growth Annual bonuses Salary increment from 5 to 20 every year depending on performance Massive development of your selling skills Indepth Internal and external trainings Participation in seminars conferences Corporate eventsAnnual tickets after 2nd year onwards Company visa Company Health Insurance All bonuses as per the UAE labour law annual paid leave PH as per private sector gratuity etc Office location just front of the metro station Working hours 9 00 AM to 6 00 PM from Sunday to Thursday Responsibilities 1 Full execution of the following Overall Free Zone Renewals Overall Free Zone Amendment Transfer of Shares Change of Manager and Officeholders Change of Activity Upgrade Downgrade of Property Office Sharing Increase Decrease of Shares etc Overall Liquidation Deregistration Reinstating Overall Bank Account Closure for FZ company under liquidation only Overall Miscellaneous Chamber of Commerce Customs Municipality Dubai Police Road Transport Authority NOC from other Authorities for Renewal of Company Any other task assigned by directly from time to time Ensures client s satisfaction on all paid services without any delays and miscommunications Proper coordination and communication with all Corporate Service Managers CSM and Clients to complete each task properly with high degree of clients satisfaction and convenience Paying proper amount to attention to any procedure Initiating and conducts researches to ensure up to date information regarding Free Zone and other related services Proper coordination with the Finance Department ensure that all amounts requested are correct and relevant to the services to be rendered to the client Helps maintain low cost actions ensure less expenses in anyway whatsoever Proper settlement of funds received from Finance Department Proper coordination with Marketing department for any marketing projects when connected to field of specialty and other related topic Establish and maintains good communication and respectful relations with bankers authorities partners and other 3rd party agencies related to complete any given task Promotes healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers Ensures that any information and documentation encoded in the PMS for all new updates of each exiting clients is correct and completely uploaded in the shared folder and PMS proper coordination with Database Controller Keep up to date with any relevant information relating to the job description Conducts any researches may require to ensure customer service satisfactory and sales improvement of MBC DMCC Team in general Assistance with any tasks of Operation Department when required Promotes highly positive efficient team work coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC Daily reporting regarding ongoing request tasks Requirements Min 13 years work experience in same field as My Business Consulting DMCC please check our website to know the services we are offering Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory Bachelor s DegreeAdvanced computer user Smart and professional appearance at all times Highly independent can work under pressure and dedicated toward his her responsibilitiesEffective team player Note Applicants without work experience will not be entertained
