Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Secure a pipeline of candidates for keypositions.
Screen, assess and short listcandidates according to the company s selection criteria.
Create new tools and ideas that help attract qualitycandidates.
Lead employer brandinginitiatives.
Attend and prepare employmentfairs.
Coordinate and arrange various HRevents.
Conduct phone interviews to determineapplicants qualifications.
Develop and updatejob profiles.
Schedule qualified candidates fora face to face interview.
Responsible for allexternal communications with agencies, universities, and otherrelated channels.
In charge of posting indifferent channels that has our targeted candidates.
Arrange training events according to the company straining calendar.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales ormarketing.
Extracurricular activities in HR arean added asset for recent graduates.
Be aware ofthe latest recruitment and employer branding trends.
Strong communicator, energetic and sociablepersonality.
