Job Duties and Responsibilities :
o Managing Day-to-DayOperations
o Supervises and managesemployees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employeepositions well enough to perform duties in employees'absence.
o Maintains service andsanitation standards in restaurant, bar / lounge and room serviceareas.
o Reviewsstaffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs andfinancial objectives are met.
o Leading Food and BeverageTeam
o Encouragesand builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among teammembers.
o Servesas a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
o Develops specific goals andplans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
o Ensures and maintainsthe productivity level of employees.
o Ensures compliance with allfood & beverage policies, standards and procedures bytraining, supervising, follow-up and hands on management.
o Ensures compliancewith all applicable laws and regulations.
o Ensures compliance withfood handling and sanitation standards.
o Establishes and maintainsopen, collaborative relationships with employees and ensuresemployees do the same within the team.
JobRequirements and Qualifications :
o 2-year degree from anaccredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel andRestaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, orrelated major
o 2years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or relatedprofessional area.
