Job Role : NETWORK VOICEADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities o Providing support for all infrastructuremanagement services. o Providing support, training and workforcemanagement.
o The candidate should have good knowledge focused onUnified Communications. o Hands-on experience configuring andsupporting Cisco UCM, Attendant Console, Contact Center Express,MeetingPlace, WebEx, etc.
o Vast knowledge of VoIP protocols suchas H.323, SIP, RTP / SRTP o Experience with TDM (T1 / E1 and PRI) andPSTN Connectivity and troubleshooting with Telco.
o Strongknowledge of Cisco products such as Endpoints, Voice gateways / SRSTand Analog gateways. o Working closely with Cisco TAC on complexissues and unknown bugs o Knowledge on switching and routingconcepts.
o Handling incident and change requested by users. o Thecandidate should have experience with Windows Server operatingsystems.
o Knowledge on Voice Recording servers, FAX server is anadvantage.
CandidateQualifications & Experience o BSc inComputer Application, Electronics / Computer Engineer or relatedfield. o Minimum 8-10 year of experience in Network voiceadministration o Good knowledge of overall infrastructure technicalknowledge & troubleshooting methodologies o CCNP &CCNA certified.
o Strong Trouble shooting skills. o Strong writtenand oral communication skills.
