Job Duties and Responsibilities :
o Support the Partner Relations Department in marketing activities as needed.
o Organize all public relations and marketing events.
o Ensure that all internal staff are informed of marketing iniatives through communication.
o Prepare marketing reports on a monthly basis.
o Maintain inventory of all marketing related materials and ensuring sufficient quantities are kept on hand for daily usage and for special events.
o Plan for and carry out activities for events that will promote the organization and related certification programs.
o Maintain an archive database of all press coverage.
o Create and maintain a customer relations and prospect database in cooperation with the Partner Relations Department.
o Identify opportunities that link the organization to social development programs. Job Requirements and Qualifications :
o Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both verbally and written.
o Able to prioritize projects and tasks based on the needs and direction of the organization.
o Exceptional writing skills, specifically in document preparation, proofing and editting.
o Good knowledge of computer applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
o Clear understanding of and experience in customer relationship management.
o Able to work independently on short and long-term projects and tasks.
