JOB PURPOSE :
To manage the HR function of Middle East and Asia Pacific (around 2.000 employees - 13 countries).
To ensure that all HR aspects such as sourcing and recruitment, employment contracts, payroll, training and development, compensation & benefits etc.
are in-line with company standards, local and regional regulations.
To provide support to the business and add value in improving the processes where necessary.
To be the functional manager of the country HR representative.

REQUIRED SKILLS :
Seasoned generalist HR manager with experience and competencies spanning from recruitment and HR development to payroll and HR administration.
Real business partner to operations, able to give pragmatic and efficient answers to business needs
Ability to be part of a complex international context embracing different cultures and a wide number of nationalities (intercultural acumen)
Strategic thinking along with hands-on approach and proximity to the business.
Rigor and facility with numbers.
Autonomy, problem solving and result orientation
Leadership, management and coaching skills (Hierarchical responsibility of a team of 12 and functional responsibility of a HR network in Asia and in the Middle-East).
Good understanding of services linked to Oil & Gas Services environment
Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to deal with all the levels of the organization
Ability to communicate transparently and interact with SPIE Oil & Gas Services global HR team to create synergy and common approach
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in HR management in an international multi-site environment in Oil and Gas industry.
Fluent in English. French and Arabic are considered as a plus.
Comfortable with the working context of Middle East and Asia Pacific.
