TheRole :

  • Manage theCompliance Function, supporting the Compliance Officer, ensuringthe proper implementation of the applicable GroupPolicies
  • Ensure a proper and consistentimplementation of EH Group Operations strategy
  • Ensure a proper and consistent implementation of anInternal Control system
  • Manage PolicyAdministration
  • Manage Facilities
  • Ensure an efficient Procurement function, in alignmentwith Group standards
  • Optimize Operationalprocesses
  • Manage IT according to the Groupstandards
  • Manage the Operational Resilienceprocess and BCM, in alignment with Group standards
  • Challenges :

  • Enhance the procurement performance, improving servicelevels and decreasing costs
  • Bringing businessmodel innovation (support digitalization)
  • Improve Facilities quality standards and related Costefficiency
  • Improve the collaboration withFronters and MMCD, improving the Service levels and Clientsatisfaction
  • Improve the Compliance andInternal Control mind-set in the Company
  • Increase Productivity and Quality of theoutputs
  • HardSkills :

  • Projectmanagement, both locally or regional
  • Compliance knowledge and ability to understand the localGCC culture and political landscape
  • Analyticalskills adaptable to Budgeting, Cost Management, Expenses, TelCo,Contracts
  • Policy Administration and CustomerAccounting knowledge
  • IT basic knowledge tohandle the set-up of related matters but aslo to manage local ITsupport
  • Black Belt OPEX certification is aplus

  • Processoriented to inforce existing processes within the team but also inliaison with other teams
  • Management skills andexposure to diversity in management and approaches
