Direct reporting to the Middle East Marketing Manager :
1.Marketing Animation : Assist the Marketing Manager in
Creating the Animation Guidelines
Follow up production and delivery with the suppliers
Follow up the implementation of the animation
Analyse the qualitative and quantitative feedback
2. Local Events organization : Assist the Marketing Manager in the implementation of local events such as
Local press events
Hermes Regional Seminar
3.Merchandising Assist the Marketing Manager in
The Follow up of personalised stands construction and implementation.
The creation and implementation of Merchandising Guidelines.
4.Administrative support : Assist the team by :
Processing suppliers Invoices and completing the follow up charts.
Helping with multiple office daily tasks (Telecom, IT, meetings organisation )
University Degree with Marketing major.
Fluency in English and French. Arabic would be a plus.
Excellent computer and software skills : MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Rigorous, well organized, team spirit, strong interpersonal skils.
Strong interest in Fragrance and Hermes core values.
