Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Taking care of Front Office and attending Incoming & Outgoing calls.
  • Always be polite in answering calls and attending visitors.
  • Keep records of all the visitors.
  • Supporting other departments in documentation works.Preparing and Filing of Purchase Order, Quotations, Delivery Order, Invoices etc.,
  • Maintaining HR related documents / records for all the employees.
  • Ensure mails are replied on time and letters are drafted correctly.
  • Monitor all the administrative related job and general duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing etc.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Maintain records of employees leaves, accommodations etc.,
  • Support employees in project assigned work.
  • As an when any duties assigned by the superiors has to be taken up.
  • Setup meetings and arrange conference room accordingly.
  • Support other departments for request job.
  • Provide support for new joiners finger print etc.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Candidate have Degree or Diploma prefers.
  • Good command in English.
  • Basic computer operating skills and proficient typing skills.
  • Experience with MS-Office and data programs
  • Terms and Conditions :

  • 12 Hours shift 8 AM to 8 PM
  • Minimum 5 Years Contract
  • 6 days working
