Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies tobuild a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on socialmedia (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through GoogleAdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brandawareness.
  • Be actively involved inSEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotionalemails and organize their distribution through variouschannels.
  • Provide creative ideas forcontent marketing and update website.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve userexperience.
  • Measure performance ofdigital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools(Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends andkeep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintainpartnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Continually work on the Search EngineOptimization of the website(s)
  • Fixany errors or bugs in online content
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audiocontent to online sites
  • Arrangewebinars and webcasts.
  • Track andanalyses website traffic flow and provide regular internalreports.
  • Skills of DigitalMarketing Specialist

  • Proven experience of 3 years as DigitalMarketing Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketingconcepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, GoogleAdWords and email campaigns and SEO / SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g.,DART, Atlas).
  • Perfect knowledge ofweb analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, and WebTrends etc.).
  • Skills and experiencein creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and criticalthinking.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • BSc / BA inmarketing or relevant field.
