Graduate Trainee Human Resources

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our HR team. This is a junior role created to help you to gain skills and knowledge to start your career in the HR function.

You will be focusing all HR processes and projects and get the opportunity to learn about full HR cycle.

Reporting to the HRD, you will get to work across many different projects, develop employee communication and drive employee engagement, making Coty the best place to work.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for :

During the 12 months with our team you will experience full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development processes.

In this role you will be working alongside the HRD and the team members, and you will have the opportunity to take lead on various projects.

You will also have learning opportunities to understand UAE Labor laws, visa process etc and discover the technicalities of payroll and HRIS systems.

  • Taking part in Recruitment and employee Onboarding projects
  • Leading internal HR communication campaigns on online and offline platforms
  • Organizing employee engagement activities, coordinating Learning and development initiatives etc.
  • Taking part in various HR projects and initiatives in line with the talent agenda

    • WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    We’d love to see candidates who have :

  • A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, HR management, psychology or any other related field
  • A strong Interest in organizational psychology, development, or effectiveness topics
  • Ability to analyze and present complex information in a simple way
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
  • A Very good level on Powerpoint and Excel, and who is digital savvy
  • Ideally completed one or several previous internship(s) in HR
