JobResponsibilities :

  • Tosynchronize bookings for conference rooms.
  • Tokeep track of store keys used by office assistants when takingmaterial.
  • Perform administrative functions asinstructed.
  • Perform any additional job that isrequested by management.
  • Co-ordinate with theAdministrative Assistant’s across various departments formeeting agenda's and for conference roombookings.
  • To ensure guests are well receivedand facilitate escorting them to the recipient’soffice.
  • To make sure that all visitors are wellassisted and to give the right in
  • Tofacilitate international phone calls and make sure to have aninternational request form filled up all the time.
  • Promptly report telephone equipment and line faults to the ITHelpdesk
