POSITION PURPOSE Assist the Chairman’s Office Manager and provide administrative support to manage the office and home activities on a one-
to-one basis to make the best use of the time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. Will be responsible for the overall management of residential, industrial or commercial properties owned by the landlord in the UAE and / or any country to satisfy the requirements of the management and tenants, actively involved in all functions that directly impact occupancy and the physical property.
To design systems to support the goal of maximizing Rental Income and maintaining the asset for the owners. RESPONSIBILITIES : Leasing & Marketing of the properties Signing new Tenancy contracts & renewals, dealing with evictions Setting up rents as per RERA calculator Arranging move-
in and move-out inspections Handling maintenance & repairs after following the procedure of 3 quotes Maintaining records & database of all tenants, brokers & business associates Diary management Managing the records for Chairman’s family, travels, visas, driver schedules.
Scheduling activities for Chairman’s children Preparing cheques for payments to vendors and salaries, bank reconciliation Monthly report of all expenses for properties Monthly reports for all personal expenses Managing and staying within the budget, Etc.
An understanding of confidentiality and the use of discretion. Driving license will be added advantage & will be provided with the car if candidate holds a driving license.
