About the Role : An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive - CID to join our Front Office Department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are :

  • Will be responsible for the daily feeding of Arrival Guest information in the CID computer system
  • Will be responsible to update the system by checking the Guest In house rooming list and tallying it with the same information in the system.
  • Upon checking that a guest has checked out and is not on the rooming list then to check him out of the CID system.
  • To check all incoming messages from CID office on a daily basis and report it to the Front Office Coordinator for appropriate action and replies.
  • To ensure that all copies that are scanned and sent are clear, visible and on JPEG format.
  • To keep the Manager on Duty informed of any changes, difficulties faced with the operations of the system.
  • To check all passport copies bear the issue date and expiry date, if not then to report it to the Shift Leader or Duty Manager
  • Keep record of passport copies of regular guests.
  • Print a guest in-house report at the end of each shift if time allows and balance against the CID report system.
  • Process room moves, which have been done in the opera also in the CID report
  • About you :

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • High School graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have written, reading and spoken skills in English and Arabic
  • at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
