WTS Energy is seeking to hire Senior Specialist, Strategy & Transformation for one of its client who is a reputed Oil and Gas operator.
JOB PURPOSE :
Conduct a study and design the Company Group’s strategy and transformation, using market data and competitor information, ensuring correct and proper translation of strategic business objectives into practical business plans and performance indicators, in order to ensure the Corporate strategy is communicated, aligned, monitored, and measured and business excellence is achieved.

Job Specific Accountabilities
Strategy Development and Implementation
Support and contribute to the development of Company's overall vision and strategy and contribute to the overall process of corporate management and decision in order to ensure that organisation maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and returns to its shareholders.
Study all key economic and financial figures and support the development of a synthesized view on the major local and international economic developments to assist the immediate management in keeping abreast of and understanding the impact of economic developments on the business of organisation.
Monitor the performance of each of the entities and critical functions across organisation against set targets on the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist in ensuring that organisation's strategy is translated into annual operational business plans across all Group of Companies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Corporate Business Planning
Consolidate organisation's Directorate's business plans for review by the immediate supervisor prior to submission to the Manager, Group Strategy & Performance Unit and Director, The Executive Office for their approval, respectively.
Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
Provide input for preparation of the Unit / Department / Section budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved Budget, and work plans to deliver objectives.
Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Implement approved Unit / Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards.
Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Unit / Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and organisation Code of Practices.
Provide inputs to prepare Unit / Department / Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

Manager, Strategy & Transformation Department.
Manager, Group Strategy & Performance Unit, as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
10 years’ relevant experience in strategy & transformation management.
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
