Ensure the organisation has enough inventory on hand to meet its objectives while simultaneously not creating any excess.
Oversee the creation and management of ECC master data
Assist in managing and developing the junior team members on the Supply Planning team
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day inventory at the Affiliate
Maximise customer service levels and reduce excess stock
Co-ordinate with Regional Hub for Inbound shipments and Alerts
Identify stock risks and take appropriate action
Co-ordinate with Affiliate Demand Planning
Co-ordinate with Finance Department for Inventory & inventory valuations
Liaise with other parts of the business and make strategic decisions relating to stock holding, e.g. expediting shipments, destructions, catalogue rationalisation, etc.
Responsible for all quality-related functions for local sets and local procurements
Oversee and manage the Material and Customer Master Data in ECC (excludes SCM & DWM master data) and creation of local codes via the Master Data Steward.
Work with Master Data Steward for maintaining Quality information in Material Master
Generate, analyse and communicate key reports and data throughout the region in line with regional strategy and local requirements.

Experience in and / or exposure to S&OP processes and procedures

Ability to communicate within all levels of the organisation

Strong negotiating skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
SAP / ERP knowledge, APO would be advantageous
Planning systems knowledge
7 - 10 years planning experience
APICS CPIM or CSCP
