a)Carries out various duties related to Employees Relations / Government Relations activities, assisting employees in dealing with authorities.
This includes security clearance from Ministry of Labour, applying for and issuing of visas. Ensures timely renewal of Company registration formalities such as Chamber of Commerce, Trade License, etc.
b)Meets with Government Officials, as assigned, to discuss cases of relevance to the authorities.
c)Organizes and maintains an effective filing system, employee labour card / residence visa records. Ensures the labour and immigration department files are up to date.
d)Delivers visas issued to parties of interest, including deposit visas at the port of entry.
