Job Description

Manage workshop and support operation

Delivering a successful contractual Warranty & Tech Support operation in supporting vehicles from factory acceptance into service to meet AJ warranty commitment

Maintaining the support services functional activities in the work shop and related resources

Warranty Spares supply support planning

Please note that the type of vehicles they will deal with is Armord / Military vehicles .

Salary : aed 8000-10000 + accommodation + transportation

Functional Role :

Plan the yearly budget as per the workload in terms of manpower, equipment, and workshop requirements.

Monitor and support the contractual technical support to the customer in terms of personnel deployment, and delivery of related line items, and reporting.

Manage and reports all warranty support work undertaken.

Establishes a secure warranty store for all removed warranty parts.

Establishes a tag system recording all necessary details (such as vehicle, date, kilometers covered etc.) for all warranty parts in the store.

Coordinates with Procurement department with suppliers for replacement of warranty parts.

Develops technical reports on warranty component issues, for internal as well as external use.

Establishes and maintains a warranty record for all warranty issues and suppliers including costing information.

Provides functional and work progress reports on a periodic basis and when requested.

Undertakes performance review and feedback for direct subordinates

Experience 5 Years

Domain Automotive maintenance

Valid Driving Licence Not Required

Qualification Diploma or any basic job related qualification

Nationality Eastern Europe nationals
