To manage site construction activities in coordination with company departments, consultants, clients, and official AUTHORITIES.
Programming of works for projects assigned.
Assigning works to site staff in co-ordination with Projects Manager.
Order and control of site materials in line with PQP.
Managing subcontractors and suppliers as per project requirement.
Coordination with consultants, client and other authorities.
Issuance of subcontractor payment certificates and other reports as per Construction procedures.
Providing information for monthly invoices and monthly report.
Reporting performance of site staff, sub-contractors to Projects Manager / OsM.
Assisting in the introduction of new methods of construction, equipment, and machinery to improve the construction process.
