As a Financial Reporting Manager it will be your responsibility will be to implement, review and analyse processes which support the current and future needs of the organization.
You will contribute to enhancements of the business operation and competitiveness by managing the team and their performance in carrying out tasks such as :
Sales deduction activities : To include identification and analysis of any gaps between planned and executed activities.
Process improvements : Reduce processing times for operational processes such as claim lead time and targets
Role and Responsibilities
Key Objectives :
Review business process change and innovations
Improvement and monitoring of operational efficiency and reliability
Enhance claim lead time and on-time payment to partners
Coordination between Sales Team and external partners
Monitoring and managing the Team members
Establish and enhance customer and vendor relationship
Analyze and Identify cost savings opportunities
Prevent verbal commitments and expense omission
Achieve marketing pre-defined KPIs
Avert risks of financial inaccuracies on sales deduction
Core Responsibilities :
Achieve the department’s goals and deliver the optimum required level of performance.
Management of sales deduction claims to maintain over-dues of the assigned accounts. ( No AP Overdue )
Monitor and improve claim lead time
Analyze and conduct audit activities to provide pre-emptive plan and suggestions after identification of issues, mismanagements and risks.
Produce reports and analysis in order to provide on-time and accurate information related to operations, changes, issues etc. to stakeholders.
Execute changes and innovations in order to improve internal and external processes in line with HQ guidelines, standards and principles.
Enhance direct engagement and efficient communication with the customers and vendors to improve and strengthen the relationship and trust with the partners.
Monitoring and improving Sales Deduction Key Performance Indexes (KPI’s) and indicators to maximize business performance and competitiveness.
Facilitate regular and on-time promotion reconciliation to prevent expense omission
Conduct regular meetings and trainings for both internal and external clients to collect VOCs related to bottlenecks in business operation and identify areas that requires attention and immediate actions.
Regular review of the team member to improve their efficiency and output.
Skills and Qualifications
8 years experience in a similar role
Experience working in complex analytics projects
