A Key Account Manager with the global leader in the creation of Flavours and Fragrances and a key member of our Fragrances Consumer Products Sales team for the Middle East North Africa region while being based in our Dubai office Your future position Fragrance is at the heart of Givaudan We have a rich history of creating fragrances that strike an emotional chord with consumers We are inspired by our rich heritage and our contribution to defining the evolution of the trends over time We create scents that shape people s lives Our senses step into gear from the moment we wake up in the morning until we turn in for the night The consumer grooming and cleaning regimen intersects with personal care home care fabric care oral care and active beauty products with fragrance at the core of every experience Givaudan Consumer Products CPs are more often than not responsible for carrying you through the olfactive journey of your day Givaudan s CP teams are present in every region of the world Years of experience have resulted in an innate knowledge of consumer preferences depending on the segment and geographical location Our CP teams work together to create the success that Givaudan thrives on and brings together a variety of skill sets creation and evaluation consumer market research marketing sampling sales customer relations and QC and we have a selection of key competencies present in each region We are currently looking to expand our Fragrances Consumer Products Sales team for the Middle East North Africa region and have opened up a new role to recruit for a Key Account Manager Based in our Dubai office and reporting into the Fragrances Consumer Products Sales Manager for the Middle East you will be expected to develop and execute a business plan across our various Consumer Products categories and targeting key Customers in the Gulf countries to achieve Givaudan s commercial and sales objectives in the region As a Key Account Manager in Givaudan the global leader in the Flavours and Fragrances industry touching billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day you will be fundamental in presenting our most relevant fragrances to our business s most important customers Our passion for our customers and their brands brings a new dimension to our Business to Business industry You will be working for the market leader that is at the forefront of innovation in an industry of emotions We have a culture that works to inspire challenge and capture the heart and soul of consumers and customers Our customers in the region have national regional and international profiles which brings diversity and curiosity to our day to day job Sounds interesting It could well be your perfect opportunity if you have a true passion for the world of fragrances and consumer products loves staying ahead of the curve always aim to exceed customer needs deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships In this exciting position you will Develop our business Develop a thorough understanding of the current and target customers and their brands Manage grow and defend existing Givaudan business in specific consumer product segments Set up review monitor strategic and category account plans sales forecasts and budgets Follow KPI s versus targets sales gross profit win rate etc and take corrective actions if needed Bring your passion Establish and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external key decisionmakers Attract new business by identifying and creating mutual business opportunities Build and manage a project pipeline ensuring the most efficient usage of Givaudan resources Position our products Monitor fragrance trends competitive activity and product development Identify and articulate value drivers for the customer and drive Givaudan s value proposition by strategically positioning Givaudan products and technology Lead focus projects and Customer briefs Manage customer briefs as well as proactive innovation and development projects Using your project management skills and ability to motivate and drive others you are the centre point assuring overall success
