Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Plans and maintains an accurate calendar of meetings and other commitments for the President.
Prepares the daily schedule of the President.
Prepares detailed meeting itineraries, including important phone numbers, locations, and contact names.
Ensures that the President is provided with briefing materials for each event or meeting by coordinating with other staff.
Briefs the President on all scheduling activities and requests and responds to requests accordingly.
Schedules all meetings and briefings involving the President.
Receives telephone calls with exemplary telephone manner.
Monitors the President’s incoming telephone calls, takes messages, and returns calls as requested. Places outgoing calls for the President.
Makes reservations for the President’s air travel when requested.
Maintains the President’s files, including notes, correspondence and all information relating to travel.
Maintains the President’s internal and external contacts, calendar, and other data.
Maintains the President’s Office files and file correspondence and other records efficiently and accurately.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Competencies and Skills Needed :
Excellent command of English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
Knowledge of Arabic is a must
Flexibility with working hours
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of responsibility and attention to details
Ability to work with diverse cultures and communities, with discretion at the highest level
Excellent organizational skills
Salary : AED 6,000 - 7,000 (based on the knowledge and competencies you bring to the role) Benefits :
