Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Coordinate different team members to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
Identify potential problems and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget, conduct budget reviews, and report cost plans to the CEO
Maintain constant communication with CEO, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the company
Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
Identify opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
Five or more years of proven experience in an operations management role, startup experience is a plus
Strong budget development and oversight skills
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of general business software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Working knowledge of software programs, including Monday, Jira, Notion, and QuickBooks,
Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience
The ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus
