About the Role. As part of Used Cars transformation project, the primary objective is to move from siloed decisions to a centralized, robust digitized decision-making process.

The role is key to support the centralization of Used Cars business. Along with central team support, the job holder is required to manage expectations from go to market stakeholders and propose strategy considering volume / profit balance.

Establish Used cars pricing strategy based on market / customers insights and company volume / profit expectations. Responsible to develop the used cars pricing intelligence.

Manage used cars pricing team in order to provide quick an accurate analysis and evaluations to the brands. Facilitate sourcing of used cars from buyers and salesmen by giving accurate pricing data within agreed time frames.

Key Accountabilities. Establish Used Cars pricing strategy based on market insights and competition. Define pricing positioning per sales channels.

Manage and animate Used Cars Pricing team. Train and coach the team to provide high level quality service to the brands.

Develop and maintain Used Cars dynamic pricing valuation tool for all makes, models, age, mileage. The tool will enable pricing review and will be used by pricing appraisal team.
