Source and attain the best possiblecreative talent both locally and internationally to ensure thatresponses to proposals are of the highest standards and have thepotential to match and exceed competitors in the market Direct allcreative resources including 2D, 3D, illustrators, video animatorsand AutoCAD technicians as appropriate Research and stay up to datewith all the latest creative software and programs that can beutilised in the creative and presentational process Ensure thatcreative personnel are adequately resourced and provided with thelatest hardware and software commensurate with submitting marketleading submissions
Work closely with theappropriate Production and Technical directors to develop creativesubmissions that are pragmatically viable and within costparameters.
Oversee and manage budgets allocated for creativeresources in tandem with the Production Director
Actively research and engage with relevant collaborativepartners to ensure that the business has the best possibleopportunity of winning each proposal Present proposals direct tothe client with the most appropriate and best qualified staff toensure client belief and trust in the proposals
Look at new trends and areas of opportunity to developbusiness and project attainment across the region
Grow and nurture a core team of creative talent to developa style and identity that becomes highly regarded anddistinguishable in the market place
Manage appropriate creative personnelto deliver projects that are attained by the business
Act as Creative Director where necessary to deliverprojects successfully having day to day liaison with clients andmanaging the appropriate creative process
Tointerlink and coordinate where necessary with all sections of thebusiness to utilise existing resources to deliver successfulevents
To report to senior managementon the strategy and its implementation of recruiting and managingthe best possible creative resources
To activelyassist in all opportunities of attaining RFP's from clientsboth locally and regionally
To market andpromote the ability and expertise of the business in submittingcreative and viable responses to the whole spectrum of events andexhibition related business
