A full-service corporate bank that offers corporate andcommercial banking, treasury and trade finance services, personalbanking options, and Shari’a-compliant services islooking to hire Arabic Call CenterAgent .

  • Handle inbound& outbound calls according to procedures, guidelines, andschedules set by organization's call centerdepartment.
  • Escalate customer queries andcomplaints as necessary.
  • Explain products orservices and prices, and answer all the customersquestions.
  • Polite and courteous when dealingwith customers all the time.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, andreactions of prospects contacted enter orders into
  • computers.

  • Keepaccurate data on all tasks performed as per definedformat.
  • Proactively cross-sell and up-sell thevarious bank products to customers or caller thatqualify.
  • Escalate hazard / potential riskimmediately, via the proper channels.
  • Requirements / Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years of Customer Service / Call Centerexperience
  • Background and experience inBanking Industry is preferred
  • OutstandingEnglish and Arabic communication skills
  • Available to join immediately
  • Experience :

  • Customer Service / Call Center : 2 years(Required)
  • Language :

  • Arabic and English (Required)
