Our EMEA Delivery Group have great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Delivery Lead. Within this role you will have responsibility for a customer relationship, from pre-sales through on-boarding to as-a-Service (aaS) delivery and managing the delivery team to ensure high quality service to the customer.
OTT / IPTV video platform experience is an essential part of this role and you will be required to have this experience in order to be consider for the opportunity.
To be successful you must be able to clearly demonstrate your experience of delivering complex software solutions, ideally in a SaaS or DevOps environment, managing 3rd party suppliers and complex software integration.
In addition you will need to have significant experience of working with account teams to win new business and strong experience of working with customers, establishing collaborative and trusting relationships.
Work with other Engineering functions and Service Assurance to deliver a high-quality service to customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Generate cost estimates and timelines.
Manage Synamedia and 3rd Party Deliverables and performing a prime integration function.
Building strong customer relationships to ensure understanding of business needs / challenges, understand how SaaS can help them be successful.
Support sales organisation to win new business, providing customer presentations, quotes, pre-sales material. Build strong relationships with the account teams working with them to win new business and ensuring it aligns to our strategy.
Responsible for SaaS delivery ensuring that contractual commitments are met and business goals achieved.
Responsible for upward reporting and customer escalations, ensuring that accurate management information is provided and engagement governance followed
Escalate appropriate issues for resolution.
Develop collaborative relationships with other Synamedia functions so that you can be an effective advocate for our customer.
Ensure all required aspects of the contract are completed according to specifications and to contract requirements.
Preparing SOW’s and liaising with Commercial team for input into Contracts.
Personal Experience & Key Skills Required
Extensive Project Management experience in the software solution field, 5 years minimum
Broadcast or video experience.
Experience working with global cross functional teams.
Experience building collaborative environments, team cultures, and customer service mindset among project teams.
A self-starter, working with minimal supervision, trusted and wanting to take on a high degree of responsibility.
Leadership in a matrixed multi-cultural organisation.
Software solution Services delivery knowledge ideally SaaS / Dev Ops, Cloud operations.
Having the ability to think outside the box and find resolution to issues.
Strong communications and presentations skills, impactful and professional.
Ability to operate in a very dynamic environment.
Ability to find and establish network of contacts inside a Global organisation quickly.
