Maintain inventory stock and keep items organized using a numbering system.
Work closely with installers to determine problems / solutions.
Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Compile information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
Prepare list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
Must exhibit strong initiative and problem solving skills.
Must have proven ability to work within a fast-paced and cooperative-working environment.
Must demonstrate personal accountability to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple interruptions and responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Graduate / Diploma with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the same role.
