Job Role : Sales Account Manager
The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Establish,develop and maintain positive relationship with clients
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Introduce sales strategy for developing current and new customers and customer service.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customer needs and objectives.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Increasing the value share of existing clients.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in the sales of Self Adhesive Labels is a Must
Skills and Abilities
New business acquisition.
Achievement of set sales target.
New customer activity.
Strategic / Key account management including collection.
Customer relationship management.
Fluent in English; Arabic will be an asset
