Job Description

Your contribution to something big

  • Responsible for order,incident and problem management for desktop tickets (analysis, definition, support, solutions, improvement suggestion and more)
  • Installation of hardware and software in computer devices
  • Responsible for regular documentation of software, hardware and tools
  • Responsible for hardware and software technical Asset Management (including recharging) in relevant tools
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or related field

    What Distinguishes You

  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Client Software, Windows Office, Hardware IT equipment and basic Server and Network Knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills and flexibility, customer oriented
