Key responsibilities :
Teaching chocolate skills in the academy both on a formal pre sold courses and on development days for Key accounts
Organise Gourmet direct account visits with a view to transfer knowledge through training and assist in the development of menu and promotional ideas for the customer
Assist in planning and organizing the Academy calendar
Enroll and speak to course and bespoke training attendees
Preparation of course bookings, lunch, ingredients, equipment and suppliers
Assist and make any product for both the Industrial and Gourmet sales force to aid their job in selling products to direct accounts
Assist when requested with Industrial account visits
Cover for Head of Academy when requested.
Your profile :
Masters in Economics / Business / Food Engineering is nice to have
Proven track record in commercial foodservice chain account mgt
5yrs + in Chocolate management
English (full proficiency). Any other European language is a plus.
Communication skills
Creativity and passion for food
Personal usage and experience in leveraging CRM tools /
