Play Your Part DXB Entertainments International Sales & Marketing Team are looking for a driven, outgoing and experienced sales professional to grow, develop, manage and drive sales from global OTAs and attraction intermediaries.
The position requires outstanding prospecting, sales, communication, and organisational skills. The candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing relationships with OTAs and must have a deep understanding of each of their platforms.
In addition, the Senior Manager - Global Distribution will need to be successful in developing internal relationships within DXB Entertainments, through working cross-functionally with amongst others, Legal, Finance, International Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management.
Having an analytical focus is vital to the success and the Senior Manager - Global Distribution must be extremely organised, be able to delegate, and keep up with a lot of moving tasks, all while ensuring they are achieving commercial success.

DXB Entertainments is the owner of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the Middle East's largest multi-themed leisure and entertainment destination comprising of three theme parks, one water park, a themed dining area and two hotels.
Main Duties : - Co-lead strategies and tactics to drive visitation from our key European Markets - To manage all day to day relationships with our contracted OTAs and attraction intermediaries - To maximise performance of sales through each existing relationship demonstrating a deep understanding of how each OTA & attraction intermediary works - Keep business abreast of requirements and bring influence to ensure attendance revenue KPI is achieved or exceeded - Drives product development for the OTA segment - Works with Marketing counterparts to ensure OTA and attraction intermediary exposure is kept up-to-date - To negotiate marketing spend & activity where it will contribute to the sales performance - To build relationships and network to ensure DPR is at the forefront of all industry evolution, developments and test phases - To identify, qualify and prioritise new distribution opportunities in the OTA & attraction intermediary space - Drive new relationships from initial discussions, through the contracting process to go live - To ensure that all activity is compliant with internal rules - To maintain an audit trail of all activity including and special offer or rate agreements - Provide timely information to the administration team on committed activity to ensure all activity is budgeted and accrued correctly - Maintain proof of execution for marketing activity - Monitor performance and maintains a record of weekly & monthly activity .
